Sec 38-168 Storage Of Flammable Liquids In Outside Aboveground Tanks, LPG, Explosives
The limits referred to in the Fire Prevention Code in which:
   A.   Storage of flammable liquids in outside aboveground tanks is prohibited;
   B.   New bulk plants for flammable liquids are prohibited;
   C.   Bulk storage of liquefied petroleum is prohibited; and
   D.   Storage of explosives and blasting agents is prohibited;
shall be as established by the City Council. This section shall not prohibit installations described in subsections (A) and (B) of this section which are in existence at the initial effective date of the ordinance from which this section derives.
