Sec 38-113 Authority Of Fire Department
The Fire Department may respond to all requests from outside the corporate limits for services within the scope of its duties within the corporate limits, unless, in the opinion of the Fire Chief, it is inexpedient to do so because of another fire in the City, broken apparatus, impassable or dangerous highways, or other physical conditions.
