Sec 38-83 New Members
   A.   All new members shall be on probation for one (1) year after their appointment. New probationary members shall be recommended by the Fire Chief and appointed by the City Manager.
   B.   New volunteer members upon completion of their probation period must be approved by the Fire Chief and appointed by the City Manager.
