Sec 38-82 Secretary-Treasurer
One member elected by the Volunteer Fire Department shall be Secretary-Treasurer. His duties shall consist of the following:
   A.   Calling the roll of the opening of each meeting;
   B.   Keeping the minutes of each meeting; and
   C.   Collecting any money due the department by the members.
