Sec 38-81 Selection Requirements For Company Officers
The company officers of the Volunteer Fire Department shall be selected upon their ability to meet the following requirements:
   A.   Their knowledge of firefighting;
   B.   Their leadership ability; and
   C.   Their knowledge of firefighting equipment.
