Sec 38-1 Definitions

The following words, terms, and phrases, when used in this chapter, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:

A. Fire prevention code and life safety code mean such codes as adopted in Article 5 of this chapter.
