Sec 34-62 Remedies Against Private Nuisances
The remedies against a private nuisance are:
   A.   Civil action; and
   B.   Abatement:
      1.   By person injured as provided in 50 O.S. §§ 14, 15;
      2.   By the City in accordance with law or ordinance.
