Sec 34-58 Penalty
Any person, firm, or corporation which violates any of the provisions of this article or shall allow the premises occupied to become unsanitary, or who shall in any manner violate any of the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished as provided in Section 1-12 of this Code.
