A. Except as otherwise provided in the ordinances of the City, upon the filing of a complaint approved by the endorsement the attorney of this City or by the judge, there shall be issued a warrant of arrest in substantially the following form:
"City of Purcell, The State of Oklahoma To the Chief of Police of the Municipal Court of Purcell, Oklahoma: Complaint upon oath having been this day made before me that the offense of (designating it) has been committed and accusing C.D. thereof, you are therefore commanded forthwith to arrest the above named C.D. and bring him before me at the municipal courtroom.

B. It is the duty of the Chief of Police, personally, or through a duly constituted member of the police force of this City, or through any other person lawfully authorized so to act, to execute a warrant as promptly as possible.
