Sec 30-116 Written Complaints To Prosecute Ordinance Violations
All prosecutions for violations of ordinances of this City shall be styled "The City of Purcell, Oklahoma vs. (naming the person or persons charged)." Except as provided hereinafter, prosecution shall be initiated by the filing of a written complaint, subscribed and verified by the person making complaint, and setting forth concisely the offense charged.
