Sec 30-27 Purpose Of Article; Conflicts
This article shall govern the organization and operation of the Municipal Court of the City as put into operation by resolution duly passed on September 25, 1979, and filed in accordance with law as authorized by 11 O.S. §§ 27-101 and 27-102. To the extent of conflict between any provisions of this article and the provisions of any other ordinance provision of this City, the provisions of this article shall control.
