Sec 26-30 Members Of Organization; Compensation; Injuries
All members of the Emergency Management Organization created pursuant to this article shall serve without compensation, and except as otherwise provided in 51 O.S. § 151 et seq., the City shall not be liable for any personal injury received by any member of such organization while acting in the line of duty.
