Sec 26-27 Purpose; Duty Of Emergency Management Organization
The purpose of this article is to create an Emergency Management Organization for the City to be prepared for and to function in the event of emergencies. The duty of such Emergency Management Organization shall be the performance of emergency management functions within the territorial limits of the City and outside such territorial limits as may be required by 63 O.S. § 683.1 et seq.
