Sec 14-467 Report; Hearing
   A.   Any officer or employee of this City who discovers or receives a report of a dilapidated building shall report it to the Building Official.
   B.   Upon receiving the report prescribed by subsection (A) of this section or upon receipt of equivalent information from any reliable source, the Building Official shall request that the City Manager place upon the agenda of the City Council for hearing and consideration at any appropriate date of meeting thereof, such as will permit giving the notices prescribed by statutory law.
