Sec 14-406 Applicability Of Article

   A.   Houses or buildings which are subject to this article shall include those where the size exceeds:

      1.   Twelve (12) feet in height or width; or

      2.   Square footage of two hundred forty (240) feet.

   B.   Mobile or manufactured homes as defined in Chapter 62 of this Code shall not be subject to this article.
