There is hereby adopted that certain code known as the International Fuel Gas Code 2015, as amended and modified by the state uniform building code commission pursuant to 59 O.S. § 1000.23, as the minimum Residential Code of the City of Purcell, in the State of Oklahoma, for regulating and governing fuel gas systems and gas-fired appliances as herein provided; providing for the issuance of permits and collection of fees therefore; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said Fuel Gas Code on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Purcell.
Three (3) copies of which are on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Purcell.
