Sec 14-27 Additions, Insertions, And Changes

The following sections of the Building Code are revised as follows:

   A.   Section 101.1, insert: "City of Purcell";

   B.   Section 109.2, insert: "The schedule of permit fees shall be in accordance with the City Code of Ordinances or as may be set or amended by resolution";

   C.   Section 114.4, insert: "Guilty of an offense, subject to punishment by fine as prescribed by section 1-12 of the City Code of Ordinances";

   D.   Section 115.3, insert: "as prescribed by section 1-12 of the City Code of Ordinances."
