It is unlawful for any person to instigate or encourage any fight between animals, with the exception of dogs, or to instigate or encourage any animal with the exception of dogs to attack, bite, wound, or worry another, or to keep a house, pit, or other place used in permitting any fight between animals with the exception of dogs or in any other violation of this section.
