Sec 10-2 Exemptions

Nothing in this chapter shall apply to animals or fowl kept in medical laboratories, veterinary hospitals, other veterinary establishments, or educational institutions for medical research except in the case of specific references to such establishments or persons in charge thereof or employed therein.
