Sec 122-633 Enforcement
It shall be the duty of the Joint Airport Zoning Board to administer and enforce the regulations prescribed in this division. An application for permits or variances shall be made to the Airport Zoning Commission on a form published for that purpose.
Applications required by this division shall be submitted to the chairman, Airport Zoning Commission, promptly considered and, along with a recommendation to grant or deny the application, promptly forward to the Joint Airport Zoning Board for approval or denial thereof.
