Sec 6-100 Sale To Minors
It is unlawful for any person to sell, offer, give away, procure for, barter, or otherwise dispense to any minor any low-point beer, or any other intoxicating alcoholic beverage, or for any minor to purchase, receive, or procure any low-point beer, or any other intoxicating alcoholic beverage.
