There is hereby levied on each retail dealer in low-point beer within the City selling such beverages for consumption on or off the premises of the dealer's place of business a license fee per annum, as set by the City's fee schedule, and on each retail dealer selling such beverages exclusively in original packages (of not less than case lots) and not for consumption on his premises, a license fee per annum as set by the City's fee schedule. A separate license fee shall be paid for each place of business, as defined in Section 6-96, operated and conducted by the retail dealer.
