Sec 122-539 Uses And Structures Permitted On Review
The Planning Commission may require that any permitted principal use or structure be subject to the use permitted on review procedure in Article 1 of this chapter when any of the data provided in accordance with Section 122-540 to the commission is incomplete, erroneous, or subject to question.
