It is unlawful for any owner, firm, person, operator, corporation, proprietor, or manager of any premises or place in which the principal business is that of selling low-point beer for consumption on the premises to barter, sell, dispense, or otherwise furnish low-point beer for consumption on the premises of his place of business between the hours of 2:00 a.m. Sunday and 12:00 noon Sunday, or between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. on any other day.
