Uses and structures clearly incidental and necessary to the permitted principal uses and structures in any particular zoning district, including but not limited to storage sheds and similar structures not involved in the conduct of business on the premises and located on the same lot or a contiguous lot under the same ownership, are permitted provided that:
A. Such structures and uses shall not encroach upon the front, side or rear yard setback requirements of the principal or main structures.
B. Such structures shall not encroach upon any utility, street, alley or drainage easement.
