Sec 122-491 Minimum Required Off-Street Parking

The minimum off-street parking requirements are as follows:

   A.   Adult day care home: Four (4) spaces.

   B.   All other IR zoning: One (1) space per employee plus one (1) space for every two (2) beds.

Adequate off-street provisions for loading and unloading of supplies and materials must be submitted to code administration for approval.
