A. Sight proof fencing shall not be erected on the street side of the property to extend past the building line setback of the adjoining residential property.
B. All development, new construction, additions, or remodels and/or repairs in excess of fifty percent (50%) of the total linear feet of the exterior walls of any building, including, but not limited to, the following façades: screening, landscaping, lighting or other improvements to the exterior building and/or lot shall be presented to the Planning Commission for review and final approval prior to commencing any work thereon.
