6-5-15: RECKLESS DRIVING:
Any person who drives any vehicle in a wanton manner without regard for the safety of persons or property is guilty of reckless driving, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code. (1988 Code § 15-523)
