APPENDIX A
SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES

ursuant to section 1-11-1 of this Code and for purpose of providing a clear and concise listing of the fees and charges authorized by the provisions of this Code in payment for licenses, permits and services performed in accordance with the regulations and controls upon which the licenses and permits are conditioned and to provide uniformity in the supervision and administration of the issuance of licenses and permits and the collection of the amounts prescribed, a schedule of fees and charges, or fee schedule, is hereby set forth in this appendix. The heading gives the titles of the appropriate chapters and articles as applicable.

Credit and debit card payments shall require a minimum charge/payment as provided in subsection 1-11-1A2 of this Code. (Res. 2019-2, 2-5-2019)
