A. At all times of operation a mobile food service must maintain and have in its possession a copy of its current and valid "food or lodging establishment license" issued by the Oklahoma state department of health and Oklahoma sales tax permit and mobile food services permit issued by the city.
B. A mobile food service operating within the city limits of the city of Pryor Creek, Oklahoma, shall be obligated to produce copies of the licenses and permits identified in subsection A of this section for inspection immediately upon request by city law enforcement officers or officials.
C. The failure to comply with the requirements of this section shall constitute an offense punishable pursuant to section 1-4-1 of this code and shall further serve as sufficient grounds for revocation by the city of the mobile food services permit issued by the city at the discretion of the city.
