A. For each elevator servicing a building up to and including three (3) floors: One hundred dollars ($100.00).
B. Each additional reinspection: One hundred dollars ($100.00).
C. An elevator inspector authorized by the city will conduct an annual inspection of each elevator. Such inspections must be made at reasonable times and upon reasonable notice to and with the consent of the owner or occupant, except when an emergency requires immediate action.
D. Elevator plan review fee shall be two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each elevator plan review.
E. A permit fee will be required for the installation of an elevator or conveyance per Section 4-5-4
