Mechanical equipment permit fees other than refrigeration, elevators or fire protection systems shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) for residential properties and one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for industrial and commercial properties. These fees shall not include, nor be limited to, the following mechanical equipment:
A. Commercial: Rooftop mechanical systems and water heaters in excess of two hundred (200) gallons and all hydronic boilers are included in the commercial building permit fee. If not, they are subject to a permit fee as prescribed in subsection 4-5-4
