4-5-5: SWIMMING POOL PERMIT FEES:
The fee for a permit to construct a swimming pool shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00) with an additional zoning review fee of forty dollars ($40.00). All inground pools shall be considered accessory structures and the fee shall be as prescribed in subsection 4-5-4 A2 of this chapter. (Ord. 0-03-09, 3-17-2003, eff. 3-27-2003; amd. Ord.
