1773.01 BARBED WIRE FENCES.

Commercial and business establishments may use barbed wire to top chain link or security fences that are a minimum of six feet in height. The establishments must show a need for added protection and the final decision for approval shall rest with the Building Official. All other uses of barbed wire shall be strictly prohibited.
