1349.01  BULK AND COVERAGE CONTROLS.
   Regulations governing the size of lots, yards and buildings in the various districts shall be as follows:

   NOTES
(1)   None required, but at least ten feet if provided.
(2)   When abutting a residential area, a minimum of fifteen feet shall be provided.
(3)   None, except when abutting a residential district, then thirty-feet.
(4)   When abutting a residential district zone boundary, then the side yard requirements for the abutting side shall be thirty-five feet.
(5)   Except when abutting a residential district, then the rear yard shall be fifty feet.
(6)   Existing nonconforming lots refer to Section 1353.02 .

   NOTES
(7)   All multi-family residential development shall conform to the R-3 Bulk Coverage Controls.
(8)   Planned Residential Development (PRD) shall be subject to the requirements of Section 1381.10.
(9)   Mobile Home Parks shall be subject to the regulations of Section 1381.09.
(10)   Public garages and gasoline stations must comply with the regulations of Section 1381.04.
(11)   Lots without public water and sewer shall be a minimum of 20,000 square feet.
(12)   Lots with either public water or sewer shall be a minimum of 15,000 square feet.
