Any person sixteen (16) years of age or older and subject to his or her compliance with Sections
15-1502,
15-1503 and
15-1504 of this Chapter shall be entitled to operate an all-terrain vehicle (4-wheeler only) or golf cart on the City streets. (Ord. 357, 6-21-2000)
