A. Prior to said operation said person shall provide to the City Clerk or any other person designated by the City Manager, proof of liability insurance in an amount no less than ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) insuring the general public against personal and/or property damage as a result of the action by said person on said all-terrain vehicle (4-wheeler only) or golf cart. Upon proof the vehicle is covered by said insurance coverage and upon payment of a permit fee in the amount of five dollars ($5.00) said person shall be issued a permit to operate:
1. An all-terrain vehicle (4-wheeler only) on City streets to proceed directly to or from the Prague Municipal Lake.
2. A golf cart on City streets to proceed directly to or from the Prague Municipal Golf Course. (Ord. 357, 6-21-2000)
