Failure to comply with any provision of this chapter is declared to be prima facie evidence of an existing violation and a declared public nuisance and shall be abated by the Building Inspector in accordance with Village Code. Any person violating the terms of the chapter shall be subject to a $250 fine. Each day a drop box is in operation in violation of this chapter shall be considered a separate offence.
