All meetings of the plan commission shall be open to the public. The members of the plan commission shall meet at Posen village hall at such dates and times as they may deem necessary; but, the plan commission shall conduct a regular annual meeting on the third Thursday in June of each year at seven o'clock (7:00) P.M. Notice of all meetings shall be posted at the Posen village hall in such manner as required by law. In addition to such other reports and recommendations which may be required by this chapter, the plan commission shall also file an annual report with the village board no later than the fourth Tuesday in July of each year, setting forth its transactions and recommendations. The board shall keep minutes of its proceedings, showing the vote of each member upon every question, or if absent or failing to vote, indicating that fact, and shall also keep records of its examinations and other official acts. The chairman shall conduct the meeting and may administer oaths and compel the attendance of witnesses. Every rule, regulation, amendment, order, requirement, decision, or determination of the commission shall be filed in the office of the commission and shall be a public record. (Ord. 88-04, 2-23-1988)
