It shall be unlawful to allow any building or construction operations (including construction-related noises, such as the delivery of equipment or materials or the operation of tools, machinery, or any apparatus) on private property in the residential area from sunset to 7:00 a.m. Monday thru Friday, and sunset to eight o’clock (8:00) a.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
