An additional fee of two-hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) will be required to be paid to the Clerk's Office prior to scheduling a second, third, etc. hearing with the Planning and Zoning Board, when any alterations to plans are brought back for review, or any applicant that request to be heard again for the same property.
