13-2-1: TITLE:

This Chapter shall be known as THE VILLAGE OF POSEN ELECTRIC UTILITY TAX ORDINANCE. The tax imposed by this Chapter shall be known as the Electric Utility Tax and is imposed in addition to all other taxes imposed by the Village, the State or any other municipal corporation or political subdivision thereof.
