13-1-1: TITLE:

This Chapter shall be known and cited as the "Village of Posen Telecommunications Tax Ordinance". The tax imposed by this Chapter shall be known as the "Village of Posen Telecommunications Tax" and is imposed in addition to all other taxes imposed by the Village, the State or any other municipal corporation or political subdivision thereof. (Ord. 93-20, 8-10-93)
