Any person, violating the provisions of this Chapter shall be fined as follows:
Except local delivery and permit moves, fines are:
90¢ per pound to 2,000 lbs.
90¢ per pound to 3,000 lbs.
90¢ per pound to 4,000 lbs.
90¢ per pound to 5,000 lbs.
90¢ per pound in excess of 5,000 lbs.
