10-19-3: POSTING OF RESTRICTIONS:

This Chapter shall not apply to any street in the Village unless a notice of the weight limit established in this Chapter is posted thereon, and in no event shall any of the weight limitations of this Chapter apply to any street in the Village where signs allowing local delivery are posted.
