It shall be a violation of this chapter for a vehicle to disregard a traffic control device or no turn on red in violation of section 11-306 of the Illinois Vehicle Code. All violations must be reviewed and approved by a law enforcement officer or a retired officer employed by the Village. (Ord. 2017-17, 10-10-2017)
