8-2-3: BUILDING REQUIREMENTS:
   (A)   At junk yards, where large quantities of waste, paper, rags and other combustible materials are handled and stored, the process shall be carried on in a building of other than frame construction. Height of the building shall not be over one story, unless building is of fireproof construction.
   (B)   One story buildings shall be provided with skylights in the roof as may be required by the Fire Chief to provide adequate ventilation in case of fire.
   (C)   Vertical openings of buildings shall be properly enclosed and window openings shall be protected by metal frames and sashes glazed with wired glass.
   (D)   Picking rooms shall be separated from storage rooms by a fire partition or wall. The entrance to such rooms shall be provided with standard, self closing fire door. All picking rooms shall be provided with exhaust systems of sufficient capacity to adequately remove dust collections.
   (E)   Every storage building shall be completely protected by an approved system of automatic sprinklers.
   (F)   All such buildings shall also comply, in all respects, with the Village Building Code.
