8-1-39: POLICE OFFICERS, ASSISTANCE TO:

It shall be unlawful for any male citizen over the age of eighteen (18) years to refuse or neglect to render assistance or aid to any Police Officer when called upon for such assistance or aid in the suppression of riot or other unlawful assemblage or in the arrest of any person.
