8-1-33: OBSCENE LITERATURE, DISTRIBUTION OF:
It shall be unlawful for any person to exhibit, pass, give, or deliver to another any obscene, lewd or indecent book, pamphlet, picture, card, print, paper, writing, mold, cast, or figure or to have same in his possession.
