8-1-26: INJURIOUS MATERIAL ON THOROUGHFARES, DEPOSITS OF:

It shall be unlawful for any person to deposit, place or allow to remain in or upon any public thoroughfare any material or substance injurious to person or property, without an appropriate permit therefor. (1965 Code)
